Bookings, Changes & Cancellations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or our website. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

Payments & Pricing
Service fees are based on the agreed estimate. Additional charges may apply if services exceed the agreed scope (e.g., extra labor time, additional items). Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be provided before the move. Full payment is due as specified in your service contract.

Liability & Damages
While our team handles items with care, Veterans Moving Florida’s liability for loss or damage is limited as per the coverage stated in your Bill of Lading or applicable insurance plan. You may purchase additional insurance coverage if desired.

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring access to the property, including parking arrangements and elevator availability, and for properly packing items (if not using our packing services). Any undisclosed or additional items may result in revised pricing.
