Of course. We can provide packing materials upon request, and we can even provide packing services. In fact, we recommend using our professional packing services. Our team uses high-quality materials for a safe and secure move, including moving blankets, stretch wrap, hand trucks, appliance equipment, dollies, shoulder straps, and plenty of tools. With customer-packed boxes, we can’t accept liability for them. We can, however, do a partial pack just of your breakables.
We hate hidden fees. Our calculation is simple: we account for labor, the truck, and fuel, which has a 12% surcharge. When you tell us about your move, we’ll provide an honest estimate for the work required. Once we know how much there is to move, how far it’s being transported, if there are complicating factors like elevators and stairs, etc., we’ll be able to provide an estimate. Our prices only change if we encounter a situation significantly different than described in the estimate phase.
There are plenty of tricky objects we can move, like baby grand pianos, grandfather clocks, upright pianos, and gun safes. But for our team’s safety, we can’t move objects over 1000 lbs. Bigger and more complex items like pool tables, grand pianos, saunas, large swing sets, and trampolines must be broken down ahead of time by someone else.
