Our services include local moving, packing, storage, and labor-only assistance within Florida. The exact scope of your move will be outlined in your written estimate or Bill of Lading provided prior to the service date.
All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, phone, or our website. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance. Cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement.
Service fees are based on the agreed estimate. Additional charges may apply if services exceed the agreed scope (e.g., extra labor time, additional items). Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, will be provided before the move. Full payment is due as specified in your service contract.
While our team handles items with care, Veterans Moving Florida's liability for loss or damage is limited as per the coverage stated in your Bill of Lading or applicable insurance plan. You may purchase additional insurance coverage if desired.
